This arrived to me with broken parts! The spout was broken in two places. When i contacted the seller, i was told to contact amazon directly instead. I dont want to mail back this massive thing all because a little plastic piece is broken. How wasteful. I wanted an unbroken piece sent to me. Now i am paying $10 for a spout. Awful.

After 4 weeks, the spout started leaking - making it unusable. The spout is cheap plastic and the leaking created a real mess. Needless to say, I would not recommend this product.
